The Book Has Been Released7th June 2011

After a short delay - because the publisher, Management Books 2000, was also working on an electronic version (e.g. for Apple iPads) - the book, The Three Levels of Leadership, has been released today, 7 June 2011.  It should be available in online and high street retailers by the end of this week.

The electronic version will follow soon. I'll announce details as soon as I hear more from the publisher.
